Printed Canvas takes your privacy seriously. We keep the information you give in confidence, not to be sold or shared with outside companies or third parties.

When you shop with us via our online store, we collect the following information: name, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, and credit card information. We only use the information you provide to confirm, process and ship your order.

Use of your credit card to purchase items online is safe through PayPal, which has developed several safeguards to keep your information secure and confidential (http://www.paypal.com).

delivery: note cards
All purchases will be mailed via registered Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service, Airborne Express /DHL, UPS or Federal Express. Delivery charges include shipping, handling and insurance expenses. Please allow approximately five to seven business days for processing and delivery.

how to shop with printed canvas

selecting items: To add an item to your cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. After clicking the “Add to Cart” button a second window will open showing the items you have chosen, now click “Continue Shopping”. Continue this process until you have completed your online shopping. Items you put in your cart will not be purchased until you have completed the checkout process.

completing your purchase: To purchase what you have selected, click on the "View Cart" button and click "Checkout". Then follow the prompts to either create a new PayPal login/user account or enter your login. You will see a summary of your order. If this is correct, click on “Continue.”

checkout: To proceed to checkout, you must create a login identity, enter your e-mail address, etc. and enter your credit card information. PayPal's checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

After completing the “Checkout” process you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

ordering prints
The images shown on the website can be printed to the original painting size, matted and sent to you. Please email us your request at info@printedcanvas.com

note cards and stationery
All images shown on the website can be printed to an A2 (1/2 sheet of letter (8.5x11") card stock paper). Included with the card is a matching envelope and both are packaged in a clear plastic sleeve.

custom work
Is there a minimum order for a custom job?
Yes. Orders start at 20 cards.

printing
What type of paper do you use?
Our cards are printed on 110 lbs pure white cover stock.

can you get envelopes printed with your return address?
Yes, for an additional $.35 per envelope.

fonts
Can I request my font preference?
Yes. We give you a selection of 10 different fonts to choose from. Click on our FONT page to pick the font that's right for you.

placing your custom order
How do I place a custom order?
You can call or email us with your order and we will help guide you towards creating the perfect card. All custom orders require a 50% deposit.

may I see a proof before you print?
Yes, we fax or email you a proof of your order.

If I need to make a change to my original proof, can I see a copy of the new changes?
Yes, but please note the cost is $25 for each additional proof faxed or emailed to you. If the mistake was on our end, we will send you a new proof at no cost.

shipping and delivery
If I order a non-personalized item, when will I receive it?
You will receive your items within 5 to 7 business days.

if i order a personalized item, when will I receive it?
You will receive your custom order within 7 to 10 business days from the date of the finalized proof.

can i get my custom order by overnight delivery?
Yes. Overnight shipping charges vary and will be billed accordingly.

returns and other policies
What happens if I cancel my order?
If we already have a proof online for you, we will keep the 50% deposit. If we have received confirmation from you to print, we will charge you for the total of your bill.

what if there is a mistake on my cards or order?
There is little or chance for error because we offer a faxed proof that is approved by you. What you see on your fax is exactly how your card will be printed. You make the final okay, so it is very important for you to look at your proof CAREFULLY. If you give permission to print the card and there was a mistake that you did not see, you are still responsible for full payment.

do you have a deadline for ordering holiday cards?
Our deadline for holiday cards is December 10. We will accept orders until December 15, but additional delivery charges will be applied.
